Proposed Ordinance Language <br />ISSUE - Presentation of language incorporating the Council's <br />desire for banning of waterfowl feeding in the City of Orono. <br />INTRODUCTION - Council directed the City's legal staff to <br />undertake drifting of an ordinance for a total waterfowl feed.ng <br />ban except in individual humane circumstances. <br />DISCUSSION - The attached language intends to incorporate the <br />C1ty Cooncll's desire of total banning of feeding and providing <br />the City the necessary legal basis for citations and if necessary <br />injunctive relief. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Adopt <br />2. Amend and adopt <br />3. Table <br />4. Undertake a different approach <br />5.
