The position and <br />performance were reviewed extensively In early 1988, including <br />submission of a new Time Spent Profile to Personnel Decisions, <br />Inc. As a result the position rating was increased, with the <br />compensation adjustments for 1988 reflected in Resolution 12377, <br />adopted February 22, 1988. <br />Robin is eligible for Step III at Level 5 of the 1988 <br />Compensation Plan. She has continued to perform at or above the <br />expected performance level. I recommend her salary be adjusted <br />from Level 5 Step II ($10.287 per hour) to Level 5 Step III <br />($10.858) effective June 1, 1988. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />Forwarded recommending approval. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by , to adjust <br />Assistant Finance Director Robin Mikelson's salary to Level 5 <br />Step III ($10.858 per hour) effective June 1, 1988.
