Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />RE: Two Cabins located at 1950 Shoreline Drive <br />Dear Mr. Caffron, <br />We received your letter dated December 9, 1987 concerning the <br />connection of the buildings on our property to city sewer. We <br />then proceeded to get the duplex unit (front 6 back) hooked up <br />to the city sewer. We were undecided at this time whether or <br />not to hook up the two cabins because of the cost involved. Upon <br />receiving the council agenda and copies of the resolutions to <br />be considered at the January llth meeting, we noticed several <br />other conditions or hazards concerning the cabins. Therefore, <br />we hava decided to do what is necessary to render them unin- <br />habitable. <br />We would ask that you consider the two parties that are now liv- <br />ing In these cabins, as far as them finding another place to <br />live and moving in the winter and finishing out the lease they <br />signed when they moved into the cabins. <br />We would ask that they be allowed to stay in the cabins until <br />April 30, 1988.
