If this resolution is <br />passed, the City will hold it until March 1988 per Mike Gaffron's <br />letter. At that time if corrections are not made the matter will <br />be referred to the City Attorney for processing. <br />If you have any questions on the matter you may speak with <br />the City Council on January 11, 1988 at the meeting or give me a <br />call a_ my office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas J.
