3. That the assessment charges against subject property <br />shall be reduced to reflect an overall assessment of 813,500.00. <br />Appellants and Respondent accept this amount as an approximation <br />of the increase in fair market value of the property due to said <br />project. <br />4. The City shall certify the new assessment amount to the <br />District Court Clerk for reassessment and adjustment of the <br />principal and interest owned by Appellants. <br />5.
