Wayne, and Respondent City of Orono, as <br />follows: <br />1. This Stipluation pertains to the property owned in fee <br />by Appellants located at 1950 Shore Line Drive, Orono, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, which is legally described as follows: <br />Lots 22 and 23, 'Ora Park• on Lake Minnetonka and that pert <br />of Lake Street lying between the extensions of the side line <br />of said Lots 22 and 23 and between the front lines of slid <br />Lots and the Northwesterly line of the Right of Way of <br />County Highway No. 7 being a line parallel to and 33 feet <br />Northwesterly from the center line of the existing pavement <br />of said Highway. <br />2. That said above -described property was originally <br />assessed at $37,000.00 by the City and the parties have now <br />agreed that the subject property shall be assessed for two units <br />at a total assessment of $13,500.00, representing two assessment <br />units; and that only the two units known as the duplex will hook <br />up for service. <br />
