City or Orono Contract <br />Page 3 <br />All costs incurred will be payable to the CONSULTANT upon receipt of an invoice <br />showing the work completed and the cost of said work. To each invoice not paid <br />within thirty (30) days shall be added a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5 <br />percent) per month for each month delinquent. <br />TERMINATION <br />This contract may be terminated upon written notice by either warty.
