Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT entered into today by and between the CITY OF ORONO, hereinafter <br />sometimes called CLIEN'1, and DAHLGREN, SHARDLOW, AND UBAN, INC., hereinafter <br />sometimes called CONSULTANT, relating to the employment of the CONSULTANT as <br />follows: <br />OBJECTIVE OF SERVICES <br />The objective of the CONSUU ANT'S services will be to assist the City in its efforts to <br />implement the Comprehensive Plan Amendment related to the Highway 12 Corridor, <br />through the creation of two new zoning districts, the HC, Highway Commercial District <br />and the PUD, Planned Unit Development District. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. Meet with City Staff and attorney during the course of the work effort. <br />2. Prepare preliminary drafts of the HC, Highway Commercial and PUD, Planned <br />Unit Development Districts for transmittal to the Staff and the Planning <br />Commission and City Council prior to the public meetings <br />3. Meet with the Planning Commission and City Council and present the preliminary <br />drafts, discuss them with the City Officials and gain consensus regarding the final <br />form of the ordinances. <br />d Prepare hearing drafts of each of the above mentioned ordinances and transmit <br />them to the City for review prior to the public meetings. <br />
