Supplement No. 1 to <br />Agreement No. PM 74-08-87 <br />County Project No. 8024 <br />County State Aid Highway No. 15 <br />City of Orono <br />County of Hennepin <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TO <br />CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, There exists in full force and effect Construction Cooperative <br />Agreement No. PW 74-08-87 dated February 8, 1988, entered into by and between the <br />County of Hennepin, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the City of Orono, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "City"; and <br />WHEREAS, The City desires to install street lights on County State Aid Highway <br />No. 15 with the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, The County and City desire to amend said agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED: <br />1. Paragraph Nos. V, VI and XII of said agreement is hereby revised as follows: <br />V <br />In addition to payment of the City's proportionate share of the contract <br />construction cost, the City also agrees to pay to the County a sum equal to seventeen <br />percent (17%) of the amount computed as the City's share of the said contract <br />construction cost for roadway construction, eight percent (8%.) of the street lighting <br />construction cost and fourteen percent (14',) of the City's share for traffic signal <br />construction, ~t being understood that said additional payment by the Ci�y is its <br />proportionate share of all engineering costs incurred by the County in connection with <br />the work performed under this contract. <br />-1- <br />
