Removal of the shed. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (A). <br />Zoning Adm<ristrator Mabusth reviewed with the <br />Planning C->mmission the vari-:nce request of <br />Sandra George, 3399 Crystal Bay Road. <br />Present were: Sandra George, Jerry wheeler, <br />and neighbors Karl Johnson, 333q Crystal Bay <br />Road, and Charles Carl, 3385 Crystal Bay Road. <br />Member Goetten moved, Member Sime seconded, to <br />recommend approval for a setback variance and <br />hardcover variance for Sandra Georae, 3399 <br />Crystal Bay Road, based on the following <br />findings: <br />1. The hardcover limitations and variances <br />approved for the property are in consideration of <br />the past divisions of Lot 18 reducing a total of <br />15' in lot width and approximately 2,835 sq. ft. <br />in area. <br />2. The proposal is consistent with the pattern <br />of the neighborhood development. <br />1. There is no additional land available. <br />Approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. To work with staff to determine the amount of <br />reduction in hardcover. <br />2. The seeding of gravel drive on west side of <br />house and in rear yard. <br />3.
