No future variances be granted to this <br />property. <br />2. Place house numbers on the house. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (1) . Member Goetten Nay. <br />Member Goetten stated her reason for voting Nay <br />was because of the amount of hardcover within 75' <br />of the shoreline. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed with the <br />Planning Commission the request of William <br />Toward, 34ti;O Birch Lane, for a variance for the <br />construction of a two -stall garage. <br />Mr. Toward was present. Also present: Mr. <br />Ammerman of 2731 Orchard Lane, Excelsior. It is <br />noted in the record that Mr. Ammerman has had a <br />variance granted for property he owns at 3458 <br />North Shore Drive and during that review for a <br />garage setback variance, problems with backing <br />out were not noted. <br />Member Sime moved, Member goetten seconded, to <br />recommend approval for a variance request of <br />William Toward, 3460 Birch Lane, per the <br />following findings: <br />1. Proposed application is very consistent <br />with pattern of the neighborhood development. <br />2. The location and use of the proposed <br />structure will have no adverse eff-ct on the <br />surrounding properties. <br />
