The Planning Commission concurs that options 1 and 3 create <br />problems at Birch Lane because of the location of the backout apron and parked vehicles at the <br />Carlson property. Option 2 would assure backing out onto Birch Lane but access to the site was <br />deemed too difficult. <br />It was unfortunate that the City Engineer could not be present to comment on his three <br />options but he will be advised of the concerns expressed by both applicants and Planning <br />Commission members and will respond to these concerns at the Council meeting. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council June 14, 1993, meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. <br />ch
