Mabusth <br />Title Building & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: February 24, 1994 <br />ITEM NO.: .# fo <br />Agenda Section: <br />Zoning <br />Item Description: #1904 Eric and Shelly Liljequist, 3490 Birch Lane -Variances -Resolution <br />Brief Review of Application <br />On June 14, 1993, applicants received approval of a street setback variance for a <br />detached garage within the street yard of their lakeshore yard. Applicants now seek approval <br />of lot area and lot width variances as applicants propose the razing of the existing structure and <br />construction of a new residence on their lakeshore lot. Applicants seek no other variances for <br />the proposed improvement. Please review the enclosed February 14, 1994 memo to the <br />Planning Commission that provides a detailed review of the variance application. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the application as <br />proposed. The enclosed resolution has been drafted for Council's review and action. <br />lsv
