MINUTES OF THE
ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
Monday, August 19, 2002
6:30 o'clock p.m.
(#02-2819 TIM DEVRIES, Continued)
Mr. Robin maintained that, with regard to condition #6, the applicant would locate light fixtures
on the east side pointing west. Although the electrical will be built, there were no definite plans
for the type of fixtures proposed.
Smith asked what hours the lights would be lit.
Mr. Robin stated that he assumed they would be lit during the early evening hours in winter,
when it gets darker earlier, to allow the children time to play on the rink. He added that this has been done on a number of subdivisions
Ill
PAGE 22 of28
