The Planning Commission voted 7 to O to recommend approval to vacate the drainage and <br />utility easement underlying the previous lot line. <br />Staffs recommends approval of the request to vacate the 1 O' wide drainage and utility easement <br />along the previously existing property line between 325 South Brown Road and 2150 Abingdon Way <br />based on the fact the easement is no longer necessary as a new drainage and utility easement has <br />been granted along the new property line.
