Steven and <br />Susan Wilson for properties located at 325 South Brown Road and 2150 Abingdon Way. The <br />applicants own both properties involved. They reside at the 325 South Brown Road property, the <br />Abingdon Way lot is vacant. <br />Subdivision Code requires applicants dedicate drainage and utility easements along all newly created <br />property lines . Easements have been granted by the applicants along the new property line. <br />However the underlying drainage and utility easement along the old property line was not vacated <br />at the time the subdivision was approved. The new property line will provide for any future utilities <br />required . The existing drainage and utility easement should be vacated. Typically the old easements <br />are vacated as part of the subdivision. <br />Request to release east 60 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Abingdon Glen from the Private Road <br />Maintenance Agreement for the private road Abingdon Glen <br />Abingdon Glen is subject to a Declaration of Private Road Easement and Declaration of Covenants <br />.for Maintenance among the property owners. Applicants have requested the east 60 feet of Lot 5, <br />which will become part of 325 Brown Road South property be released from the Private Road <br />Easement. The covenants and easement documents within the Abingdon Homeowner's Association <br />require consent of the City of Orono.
