Steven Wilson and Susan D. Wilson, husband and wife, to adjust a Lot Line dividing their property, to recombine the property for ownership and tax purposes, to vacate part of a platted easement and to grant a new easement to the City of Orono. The Wilsons have proposed and had approved a division of Lot 5, Block 1, Abingdon Glen, into two parcels being Lot 5, Block 1, Abingdon Glen, that lies West of the East 60 feet thereof and the East 60 feet of lot 5, Block 1, Abingdon Glen. The East 60 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Abingdon Glen, would be 'combined for ownership and tax purposes with the North 450 feet of the South 900 feet of the East 700 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 117, Range 23. Part of a platted easement lying in the East 60 feet of said Lot 5 would be vacated. A new easement in favor of the City of Orono would be granted by the Wilsons in the said Lot 5 except the East 60 feet. An examination of title based solely upon a certified copy of the Certificate of Title to the above-referenced property (and other property), dated October 30, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been made. Assuming that said Certificate of Title contains a complete and accurate reference to all of the records pertaining to said property, record title to said property at the time of such certification was vested in C. GRAY, PLANT, MOOTY, MOOTY & BENNETT, P.A. ATTORNEYS AT LAW
