<br />Minnesota, Registrar of Titles; and such mortgagee hereby consents to the vacation by the
<br />City of Orono, Minnesota to any and all drainage and utility easements shown on the plat
<br />of ABINGDON GLEN, on file and of record in the office of said Registrar or Titles,
<br />which easements lie within the east 60.00 feet of Lot 5, Block I, ABINGDON GLEN.
