WHEREAS, in its Resolution No. 4329 on file in the office of the Hennepin <br />County Registrar of Titles, the City has consented to amendment of the Declaration to <br />release Parcel 2 from the terms and conditions of the Declaration. <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. The City hereby releases Parcel 2 from any rights it was granted in the <br />Declaration, including the right to lien for the proportionate cost of <br />maintenance of the Private Road. <br />2.
