East and south - concrete sidewalks are proposed. <br />Conditional Use Permit - Zoning Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 3 (A) - <br />refers to R-lA District - permitted conditional uses. <br />The church is an existing use on the property but has not received a <br />conditional use permit. This type of use is a permitted use with a <br />conditional use permit in a residential zone and meets the requirements of <br />Zoning Code Section 10.09, Subdivision 6 - granting a conditional use <br />permit. <br />Applicant has stated that in the future they may want to provide day- <br />care facilities. This is not included in this application and would <br />require review by the Planning Commission and the Council for an expansion <br />to a conditional use permit. <br />Commercial Site Plan Review - <br />1.
