t6- City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />I . NO. -- ` fD 9 _ <br />1. A variance will be granted to the 200' lot width standard for <br />Lots 1 and 2. <br />2. Lot 1 sh.311 access to Bayside Road subject to a Hennepin <br />County access permit. Lot 2 shall access to Leaf Str• _c subject <br />to City approval of the access location. <br />3. A Conservation and Flowage easement document shall be executed <br />for the designated floodplain of "unnamed Tributary to Stubas <br />Bay" over Lots 1 and 2, and this easement shall be shown on the <br />plat drawings as a drainage easement. <br />4. No building permits will be issued and no permitted driveway <br />construction or other excavation may be commenced until such time <br />that the primary and alternate drainfield sites have been fenced <br />off to eliminate disturbance of. same. <br />The following list of firial submittals must be submitted to the <br />Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) copy reduced to 1"=2001. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary su..ey by Theodore D. <br />Kemna dated •7uiy 17, 1987 revised September 21, 1987. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of <br />internal property lines. <br />c) Designation and dedication of a 20' drainage easement <br />within each of Lots 1 and 2 near the road access points, and <br />of a drainage easement for the floolplain of the major creek <br />on Lots 1 and 2, all to be shown as "drainage easements" on <br />the plat. <br />2. LECAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest indicated <br />therein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected <br />by such interest. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
