This application has been revised and resubmitted. <br />Description of Request - <br />Applicant will be removing the existing dwelling unit on the <br />property and replacing it with a new structure. During <br />construction applicant would like to reconstruct an existing <br />retaining wall within 75' of the lakeshore. <br />To construct the retaining wall, the applicant is requesting the <br />following: <br />1. Conditional use permit - land alteration retaining <br />walls within 75' of lake. <br />2. Variance - Land alteration within 75' of lake - retaining <br />wall/drainage pipe. <br />3. Conditional Use Permit - drainage pipe within 75' of <br />lake. <br />Pertinent Ordinances and Issues -- <br />Section 10.22, Subd. 2 - No land alterations within <br />lakeshore protected area and no permanent structures. <br />Applicant must replace deteriorating retaining walls within <br />the 0-75'. <br />
