Zoning File #1233 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Staff would suggest that in the final resolution approving the application, <br />that a future notice to the owner be included that would prohibit any <br />consideration of excavation within the lakeshore protection area and <br />assurance of adaquate maintainance of the existing drainage treatment <br />system so that future drainage problems do not arise. <br />The enclosed approving resolution has been drafted to include only that <br />portion of the application that dealt with the restoration of the <br />deteriorating retaining walls within the 0-75' setback area. Note that the <br />applicant has been advised that the stairs within the lakeshore yard cannot <br />exceed the allowed width of 4'. The resolution has also been drafted to <br />include future notice to the owner regarding prohibition against excavation <br />of lakeshore protected area. <br />For more details on the review of this application, please review the <br />enclosed staff memos, Exhibits A, B, and C.
