Proceed without notification <br />RECOMMENDATION_ - It is recommended that the City explore selling <br />thfe property to Mr. Messer in exchange for the appropriate <br />easements on the property and that the City only d(: so at a price <br />it determines appropriate plus the purchaser bearing all legal <br />rf,sts for the transfer and that the abutting property owners <br />obtain private easements from Mr. Messer. This should be <br />contingent on notification of all property owners abutting the <br />City property and having them respond with any objections by 10 <br />May 1988. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , that the Council <br />directs staff to undertake appropriate negotiations :or the sale <br />of the property at a price the City determines appropriate plus <br />purchaser paying all legal, survey and other expenses together <br />with notifying the abutting property owners.
