City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />ORDERIt'G ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND SET <br />ASS&;SMhNT HEARING DATE FOR WOODHILL ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the upgrading of Woodhill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the C.:y staf` and Council has reviewed the <br />plans an6 specifications for Woo ' Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the plans an. ,pecifications meet with the <br />staff and Council approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and <br />specifications are hereby approved and direct the City Fngineer <br />to advertise for bids for the upgrading of Woodhill Rcad. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Orono Council does <br />hereby designate May 23, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. as the assessment <br />hearing and bid award date. <br />Adopted by the Orono Council of the City of Orono at a <br />regularly --cheduled Council meeting April 25, 1988. <br />--m-s --- R-. -G-------, -M-a---r--------------- <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
