This application was reviewed as Zoning File 09-3431. <br /> 2. The property is located in the L'-1B, One Family Lakeshore Zoning <br /> District which requires a minim 1 lot area of 1.0 dry acres and a <br /> minimum lot width of 140 feet. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission review:. this application at a public hearing <br /> held on October 19, 2009 and reco, mended approval of the conditional <br /> use permit based on the following fi dings: <br /> a.
