Construction of a detached garage requiring variances is also part of the request. Conditional Use Permit: The Hill School property is located within the RR-1 B zoning district. The Emily Program has requested a conditional use permit pursuant to the following City Code Section 78-418(14). Sec. 78-418. Conditional uses. Within any RR-18 one-family rural residential district, Igo structure or land shall be used for the following uses without a conditional use permit: (14) Hospitals for human care, sanitariums, rest homes, nursing homes, provided that all buildings are located 100 feet or more from the lot line of any abutting lot in an R district. The site shall contain not less than 600 square feet of lot area for each person to be accommodated.
