Construction of a <br /> detached garage requiring variances is also part of the request. <br /> Conditional Use Permit: <br /> The Hill School property is located within the RR-1 B zoning district. The Emily Program has <br /> requested a conditional use permit pursuant to the following City Code Section 78-418(14). <br /> Sec. 78-418. Conditional uses. <br /> Within any RR-18 one-family rural residential district, Igo structure or land shall be used for the <br /> following uses without a conditional use permit: <br /> (14) Hospitals for human care, sanitariums, rest homes, nursing homes, provided that all <br /> buildings are located 100 feet or more from the lot line of any abutting lot in an R district. The site <br /> shall contain not less than 600 square feet of lot area for each person to be accommodated. <br />
