The contract provides for general project plan inter- <br />pretation during the construction phase as discussed. The MWCC staff will <br />provide the construction management and inspection. <br />We have enclosed a list which ouitlines our responsibility during the con- <br />struction phase of the project. We d not feel that this would interfere with <br />our duties as City Engineer.
