NOTICE OF PUBLIC IIEARING <br />CONCERNING CABLE TELEVISION COMMUNICATIONS <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing will be <br />held by the Executive Committee of the Lake Minnetonka <br />Cable Communications Commission on Tuesday, April 12, 1988 <br />at 6.00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as parties can <br />reasonably be heard at Excelsior City Hall, 339 Third <br />Street, Excelsior, Minnesota 55331• <br />The Commission consists of the Minnesota cities <br />of Minnetrista, Spring Park, Shorewood, Medina, <br />St. Bonifacius, Excelsior, Deerhaven, Woodland, Victoria, <br />Tonka Bay, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Greenwood and Long Lake. <br />The hearing is called pursuant to the requirements of the <br />Joint and Cooperative Agreement creating the Commission <br />for the purpose of providing an opportunit% >or public <br />input with respect to amendments to the Cable Communications <br />Ordinance arising out of the transfer of ownership and <br />transfer of the Cable Communications Ordinance as amended <br />to Triax Midwest Associates, L.P. and the permanent <br />designation for Public, Educational and Government <br />Access Channels. <br />Anyone having an interest in Cable Television <br />Communications is invited to attend said public hearing. <br />Copies of the proposed ordinance amendments are available <br />for review during reclulir businrss hours at the <br />Commission office. <br />
