331.88. 3 <br />ORDINANCE'NUM13ER <br />, SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9.10, SUBDIVISION 3 ADOPTED <br />APRIL 1, 1984, AND ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO DANCEROUS <br />WEAPONS AND ARTICLES" <br />The City Council of Orono ordains: <br />Ordinance No. 9.10, Subdivision 3 adopted April 1, 1984, and <br />entitled "An Ordinance Relating to Dangerous Weapons and <br />Articles" is amended to read: <br />Subd. 3. Discharge of Firearms and Explosives. It is <br />unlawful for any person to fire or discharge, any form or type of <br />explosive or explosive device, any cannon, gun, pistol, or other <br />firearm, firecracker, sky rocket or other fireworks, bow and <br />arrow, air gun, air rifle, or other similar device commonly <br />referred to as a 5-B gun. <br />This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage <br />and publication on _ ___ _ __ _• <br />Passed by the Council this llth day of April, 1988. <br />James A.
