May 26, 1987 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND <br />CALLING HEARING ON SHORELINE BOULEVARD (HENNEPIN <br />COUNTY ROAD NO. 15) STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution G87-72 adopted by the Council on April <br />14, 1987, a report has been prepared by McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc., the <br />City Engineers, with reference to the improvement of Shoreline Blvd. (Hennepin <br />County Road No. 15) between Commerce Blvd. and Seton Channel and <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the Council on May 12, 1987, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mound, Minnesota: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Shoreline Blvd. by <br />Hennepin County in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total <br />cost of Mound's share of the improvement of $331,518.00. <br />2. A public: hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the 23rd day of June, 1987, in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 26th day of May, 1987. <br />Mayor <br />Attest: City Clerk <br />tSo1 <br />
