May 26, 1987 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING <br />REPORT AND CALLING HEARING FOR STREET LIGHT <br />IMPROVEMENT ON SHORELINE BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, pursL'=nt to resolution #87-72 adopted by the Council on April <br />141 1987, a report has been prepared by McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc., the. - <br />City Engineers, for the improvement of Shoreline Blvd. by the addition of <br />street lights between Commerce Blvd. and ; and, <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the Council on May 12, 1987; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the*City Council of the City of <br />Mound, Minnesota: <br />The Council will consider the improvement of Shoreline Blvd. by <br />the addition of street lights between Commerce Blvd. <br />and in accordance with alternate in <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant Lu Minnesota S'L?tutes <br />Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$ ;. <br />A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the 23rd day of June, 1987, in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 26th day of May, 1987. <br />Mayor <br />Attest: City Clerk <br />140 <br />
