Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recommendation - <br />March 24, 1988 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Staff advised the Planning Commission that they did not have the <br />opportunity to discuss the condition of approval that dealt with the <br />accessory structures on Lot 1, Block 1. Unfortunately, the applicant has <br />been out of town and her representative at the meeting •rdon Coffin, also <br />did not have a chance to discuss it with her. Staff a ;ed the Planning <br />Commission that Ms. Cram would be back in town that evening and that she <br />would have the opportunity to discuss it with staff prior to the Council's <br />action. Staff has not heard from the applicant as of this writing and had <br />scheduled subdivision approval for the Council meeting of March 28th. <br />The Planning Commission had no problem with the review comments of <br />staff nor of the staff recommendation and voted unanimously to approve the <br />application per the staff recommendation. The enclosed resolution has been <br />drafted per the Planning Commission's approving recommendation. <br />
