City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Richard M. <br />and Peg Hatch is hereby jranted and that the portion of Forest Boulevard <br />legally described abov= is hereby vacated. The granting of the petition is <br />subject to the condition that upon vacation, applicants must cc.mbine <br />vacated adjacent portion of Forest Boulevard with their property (Lot 1, <br />Block, Sidwell Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota). <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held on March 28, 1988. <br />ATTESTED BY: <br />Dorothy M. llin, City Clerk James R.
