City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Frederick J. <br />Shearer and Karen Shearer is hereby granted and that the portion of Forest <br />Boulevard legally described above is hereby vacated. The granting of the <br />petition is subject to the condition that upon vacation, applicants must <br />combine vacated adjacent portion of Forest Boulevard with their property <br />s %lready combined Lot 1, Block 15 and a portion of vacated Park Drive, Saga <br />All Revised, Hennepin County, Minnesota). <br />Adopted �y the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held on March 28, 1988. <br />ATTESTED BY: <br />Dorothy M.
