City of ORCONO <br />PESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />--740 <br />MT1' <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Edward G. <br />Newton and Marlene Newton is hereby granted and that the pr--tion of Forest <br />Boulevard legally described above is hereby vacated. The granting of the <br />petition is subject to the condition that upon vacation, applicants must <br />combine vacated adjacent portion of Forest Boulevard with their property <br />(Lot 2, Block 1, Sidwell Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota). <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held on March 28, 1988. <br />ATTESTED BY: <br />Dorothy M.
