Living Room <br />10. Floor bowed in middle - structural problem. <br />11. wall finish is cracking from movement of structure. <br />12. Ceiling is cracking at the joints. <br />F77.,- <br />13. Floor is bowed and slopes to exterior wall 6" to 8". <br />14. Walls are cracked from movement of footings and foundation. <br />15. Ceiling is water damaged from leaking roof. <br />16. Window does not meet fire eggress requirements. <br />Attic <br />17. Rafters on east side of building have bowed from improper size <br />and overloading. <br />18. Roof boards are rotting from leaking roof. <br />19. Insulation is min. <br />Rzterior <br />20. Foundation - failing, exterior walls are sinking while interior <br />supports have not moved therefore causing the bowing 6" to 8" <br />throughout the structure. <br />21. Siding is wear.hered and not maintained. <br />22. Soffit and fascia is rotting. <br />23. Roofing - 5 layers exist causing over loading of rafters. <br />The above items mentioned are creating hazardous condtions on your <br />property. This letter is being written to inform you that corrective <br />action is required aG follows: <br />1. removal of the structure, or <br />2. replace or correct hazardous conditions. <br />The City will wait for your response on this letter until March 8, <br />1988. If at that time we have not heard from you, or a reasonable schedule <br />for corrective action has not been submitted and approved by the city. <br />Staff will proceed with hazardous building action and submitt this action <br />before the March 14, 1988 Council meeting for approval. <br />
