City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />9. The property was assessed for lateral sewer. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br />of the findings noted above, the Citv Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat application of Walter H. White that would <br />propose the division of two lots per plat drawings by Mark S. Gronberg, of <br />Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., dated September 28, 1987 and further grants a <br />variance to the standards that would require that all newly created lots <br />meet the required 200' lot width at the rear of the front yard setback <br />line, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the issuance of building permits for new construction on <br />Lot 1, the final plat and associated documents must be filed with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office and completed execution of a permit <br />from the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission approving the <br />connection to the metro -owned sewer line. <br />2. Approval of a shared access by both Lots 1 and 2. Lot 2 to grant <br />an access easement in favor of Lot 1. <br />3. To approve a connection to the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission for Lot 1. City to petition Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission for new sewer connection upon preliminary plat approval by <br />the City Council. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br />the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawina to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per pry ' nary survey. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage an(. •ic.ility easements" 10' wide along <br />all perimeter property lines and 5' eLch side of internal <br />property lines omit along the wetland edges. <br />c) Designate wetlands areas as drainage easement and define with <br />angles and bearings. <br />2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage <br />h-lders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
