, City of OR ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1936 <br />..._.- <br />B) The applicant proposes to remove certain items of existing <br />hardcover in the 0-75' lakeshore setback area so that the net <br />increase in 0-75' hardcover is 50 square feet or 0.7%. <br />C) The attached garage and necessary driveway and backup apron <br />can be constructed such that hardcover will not exceed 30% in <br />the 7)-250' setback zone. <br />D) The existing non -conforming garage wi]'_ be removed and the <br />propc sed attached garage will meet the required street and side <br />lot line setbacks. <br />4. The applicant has proposed a driveway configuration that will <br />allow a net decrease of 0.5% hardcover in the 75-250' zor F, but does <br />not allow nor a backup apron. The Council finds that for safety <br />purposes, a backup apron should be provided to avoid forcing vehicles <br />to back onto County Road 19. <br />5. The Council finds no hardship to justify granting of a hardcover <br />increase in the 0-75' setback zone. <br />6. The City Council has considered this application including the <br />findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by <br />City staff, comments by the applicant and the effect of the propose'. <br />variance c �e health, safety and welfare of the comp- pity. <br />7.
