LMCD Board Minutes <br />January 27, 1988 <br />Page 5 <br />Weisser Moved, Hurr Seconded that, while the LMCD supports additional MOUND <br />Lake access, and while the criteria on the matter of the proposed ACCESS <br />parking lot at Mound Bay Park does not lend its,.lf to LMCD authority, PARkING <br />the LCMD request that in the proposed Mound parking lot, the parking <br />be ac.:essible to all parties concerned, and that the City of Mound <br />be the operating agency. Motion, Ayes [7), Nays [5); Bjorlin, Gar- <br />wood, Hurr, Kraemer, Lewman, Rascop and Slocum voting Aye; and <br />Boswinkel, Pillsbury, Reese, Westlund, and Weisser voting `Iay. <br />A memo regarding the interviews of three Consultants for tublic P/R <br />information program was accepted.
