Koehnen <br />1964 West Wayzata Boulevard <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />Re: 525 Tonkawa Road, Orono - Hazardous Commerical Storage in <br />Residential Zone <br />Dear Mr. Koehnen: <br />I conducted an inspection on February 29, 1988 which <br />revealed that your basement structure is being used for a <br />plumbing shop. <br />This is in violation of the Orono Ordinances and must be <br />stopped. <br />Also, this structure which has been used as a plumbing shop <br />and has been left open to the public and left in an unsafe <br />condition. <br />I am writing Lhis letter to inform you that the structure at <br />the above subject property is being reviewed as a hazardous <br />building. At the end of this review, I will be sending this <br />hazardous building information to the City Council meeting of <br />March 14, 1988 to be acted on by the City Council. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas J.
