Any <br />revision to an existing county road access requires an approved Hennepin <br />County entrance permit before beginning any construction. Contact our <br />Maintenance Division for ent ance permit forms. <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail development, and <br />landscaping.
