Three <br />different printouts are available: canvass by pre- <br />c;nct. by contest, and by contest with precinct <br />detail. <br />2. SATELLITE COMMUNICATION: Specially equipped <br />tabulators may communicate directly with the <br />election authority's central processor via standard <br />PS-232 interface. <br />3.
