There have been <br />many changes in the operation of the Dairy Queen since 1958, such as: <br />1. Days of operation were limited to summer and early fall. Then <br />operation was extended to year-round with exception of December and <br />January. <br />2. Use has gone from ice cream to some fast food. <br />with this application, the following change to the operation will be <br />made: pick-up from automobile will be provided. <br />This use is an approved conditional use within the B-5 zoning code <br />Section 10.44, Subdivision 4 (A)1. Therefore, a conditional use permit <br />should be granted for this existing use to conform tc the zoning code. <br />
