Optech III-P Brochure <br />COUNCIL MEETm. <br />H8 22 M8 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />As you will recall during the 1988 budget ptoc,ss $20,900 was <br />allocated in the Improvement and Equipment Outlay Fund for the <br />purchase of voting equipment. <br />At this time it would be appropriate to place our order with <br />Business Records Corporation. Delivery will be tâ–º,e first part of <br />May. As of February 16, 1988 the cost will be: <br />Optech III-P $ 4,800.00 <br />Data Back-up Cartridge 225.00 <br />Carrying Case 40.00 <br />$ 5,065.00 <br />Precincts X 4 <br />TOTAL $20,260.00 <br />Voting Booths $ 170.00 <br />6 Per Each Precinct X 24 <br />4,080.A0 <br />Less Trade In 2,000.00 <br />on 24 Present <br />Voting Booths <br />$2,080.00 <br />The current voting booths could be used by removing he center <br />punch card board.
