If the City is closed after the start of the regular work <br />day the hours to be compensated will be determined by the <br />City Administrator (or his designee) at that time. <br />Any request for deviation from this policy shall be submitted in <br />writing to the City Administrator (or his designee) by the <br />department head for consideration. <br />This policy does not apply to those employees represented by a <br />collective bargaining unit. <br />2 <br />
