Weisser <br />Encelsior <br />Also please find a copy of the scope study done last year <br />intended to give direction to, but not necessarily to limit, <br />your proposal. The scope study has been modified. Addendum <br />I establishes a three year program for the study to allow <br />adequate time for any seasonal research necessary, as well <br />as for balancing the financial burden over the term of the <br />contract. Addendum II provides for additional emphasis on <br />wetlands protection and fishery management, requested by the <br />MDNR. <br />Proposals will be accepted until 4 p.m. , ,P-Ad--X 7 <br />1987.
