11 <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />1. That the Metropolitan Council conclude that Lake Minnetonka Conservation <br />District has begun some activities which, if carried to fruition, would <br />avert the need for a more directive procedure and therefore, recommend no <br />immediate changes in the makeup of LMCD except as may become apparent as <br />more specific legislative and funding proposals develop. <br />2. That the Metropolitan Council revisit the subject in January 1988 and <br />direct staff to remain in touch with developing events in the interim. <br />SA4291-PHOPNI <br />
