not put out more than thirty-five (35) pounds of feed per day for wild <br />ducks on said property. <br />2. Defendant will use his best efforts to discourage large <br />congregations of wild ducks on his property through all reasonablg <br />means at his disposal. <br />3. The State of Minnesota agrees to and does hereby dismiss the <br />above -stated charges against Defendant. <br />4. Defendant agrees to pay Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) as and <br />for court costs in this matter. <br />5.
