Radio, Esq. for the State of Minnesota and <br />Defendant Lloyd Nehring and his --attorney John T. Hartmann, Esq. have <br />entered into discussions and negotiations regarding a disposition of <br />the above -referenced matter and have reached an agreement regarding <br />the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Plaintiff and Defendant Stipulate and 69ree upon <br />the following disposition of this matters <br />1. Defendant stipulates and agrees that on and between October 1 <br />and December 15, and on and between March 15 and June 1 of each year, <br />he will not put out more than twenty (20) pounds of feed per day for <br />wild ducks on or about his property located at 1972 Shadywood Road, <br />Wayzata, Minnesota; and that on and between June 1 through October 1 <br />and m and between December 13 through March 15 of each year, he will <br />
